Description
The resort is fully furnished and ready to accommodate tourists. It has five separate buildings, an infinity swimming pool, a children’s pool, and a jacuzzi overlooking the sea.
In the main two-story building are a reception, six large air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a vast apartment on the first floor.
All six aircon rooms are suitable for four guests and have a cabinet, refrigerator, a flatscreen TV, and a large bathroom with a hot and cold shower.
On the first floor is a large apartment. It can be the owner’s home; however, it may also be intended for special guests. It also has a kitchen and terrace.
Two bungalow houses are ideal for families; each has a large air-conditioned room, a bathroom with a hot and cold shower, and a terrace with a garden view.

Aquisition Process Timeline
Month 1 - Partnersip contracts/Investment Secured
The Investor and TravelTrippa will negotiate and plan a suitable aquisition agreement based on the investment amount specified in the TOTAL PROJECT COST above.
This will be a mutual and benificial agreement to all parties with a clear exit option for the investor. Funds will be secured for the aquisition project in a secured escrow account.
