This is a three-story building, with a big swimming pool and jacuzzi, a beach bar, a nice garden with big coconut trees, and a terrace of the restaurant.
On the ground floor is a big reception area, restaurant, and bar, 16 sea-view aircon rooms with a private bathroom and balcony, multi-purpose space, and toilets and showers. In front of the resort is 8 commercial spaces to rent, a garage, and a laundry facility.
On the first floor are the owner’s fully furnished apartment, 2 Seaview fully furnished apartments, 2 apartments for 14 & 16 guests for rent, an additional two apartments for 10 guests, one apartment for 3 guests, and one for two.

Aquisition Process Timeline
Month 1 - Partnersip contracts/Investment Secured
The Investor and TravelTrippa will negotiate and plan a suitable aquisition agreement based on the investment amount specified in the TOTAL PROJECT COST above.
This will be a mutual and benificial agreement to all parties with a clear exit option for the investor. Funds will be secured for the aquisition project in a secured escrow account.
